Super Easy Sugar Cookies

Today was a fun day! We always have fun when we can spend time together, but today was extra fun. Liam wanted to make something for his daddy for Father's day. So, we decided upon dinner and dessert.. made by Liam (and his little sister Lyla got to help too!).

For dinner, we made mini pizzas and thought we should make a dessert too. There wasn't much time to bake so we decided to go for the easiest solution... Betty Crocker's Sugar Cookie Mix! This is a super easy way to make sugar cookies. All you need is: The cookie mix pouch, water and an egg!

This was our first time baking with Nordicware! And, the results were amazing! The cookies turned out perfectly... even the bottoms :)

After letting them cool we iced them with Pillsbury vanilla icing and decorated with colored sugar sprinkles from Walmart!

Look how yummy! Liam's daddy was sure happy to get these as a Father's Day present :)
